LARGO — Police have arrested a man on a first-degree murder charge in connection to a shooting at a Largo apartment complex on Monday.
Arthur Lee Scott, 33, was arrested Thursday in Broward County, according to Largo police.
Officers responding to a shooting call at the Four Lakes at Clearwater apartments at 6465 142nd Ave. found a male victim dead from at least one gunshot wound, police said. An investigation led detectives to Scott, who was arrested by Fort Lauderdale police on Thursday and taken to the Broward County jail, police said.
Scott remained in the Broward jail Friday pending his return to Pinellas, records show.
Largo police have not released any other details about the shooting or the victim.
