The Pasco County school district has scheduled two events this month to inform families about choice programs for the 2020-21 school year and how to apply using the Pasco Pathways application system. These “Pasco Pathways Expos” will start in the gymnasium at each of the locations below. There, parents and students can gather information on various programs, then later get more detailed information at individual sessions held by representatives of each program. Nov. 18: The expo for west Pasco school choice programs will be held from 5-8 p.m. at River Ridge High, 11646 Town Center Road in New Port Richey. Representatives from 22 schools will be at the event. To register and schedule which school sessions you would like to attend, go to westpascoexpo2019.sched.com.
Nov. 21: The expo for east Pasco school choice programs will be held from 5-8 p.m. at Wesley Chapel High, 30651 Wells Road in Wesley Chapel. Representatives from 19 schools will be at the event. To register and select which school sessions you would like to attend, go to eastsidepascoexpo2019a.sched.com.
Dec. 3-13: Online application window for middle and high school choice programs.
Jan. 21-31: Online application window for elementary school choice programs.
Feb. 4-13: Period when families can accept an invitation to a middle or high school program.
Feb. 25-March 5: Period when families can accept an invitation to an elementary school program.
