Parents, teachers, tell us how you’re feeling about the first day of school

The Tampa Bay Times would like feedback as students return to in-person learning.

Hundreds of thousands of schoolchildren across Florida will return to classrooms this week and the Tampa Bay Times is looking for feedback from teachers and parents.

In Tampa Bay, Tuesday is the first day for Hillsborough, Pasco and Hernando counties. Wednesday is the first day for Pinellas County.

Many children will return to in-person classrooms for the first time since early 2020. Others are deciding whether to wear masks given the rising COVID-19 numbers.

We’re wondering how teachers are feeling about this unique educational environment and how parents are feeling about the options for their children.
