Notre Dame Catholic School in Spring Hill recently expanded its science lab to kindergarten students. The students have been studying the planets and the moon and, once in the lab, the children learned the phases of the moon using chocolate sandwich cookies. Here Nicole Jacobs shows her work, which would soon disappear with a little milk.
