Newsome High band heading to New York

Members of the Newsome High School Wolfpack Marching Band celebrate Monday at the school in Lithia after finding out they have been selected to perform in the 2016 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York. Members of the Newsome High School Wolfpack Marching Band reacted happily Monday to news that they have been chosen to march in the 2016 year's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. The Wolfpack band, led by instructor Michael Miller, will be the only Florida band and one of only 10 marching bands performing in the 2016 edition of the annual holiday spectacular.
