LAND O'LAKES — An Anclote High School teacher was suspended with pay just before the first day of classes, after being arrested on charges of fradulent use of a credit card.

Mark E. Rubin, 38, of 8644 Torchwood Drive in Trinity, was arrested Aug. 14, about a week after the incident took place. The Pasco Sheriff's Office reports that on Aug. 6, Rubin was videotaped buying more than $800 worth of items from the Target on Little Road at State Road 54 with a credit card he took from a wallet he found at a nearby Starbucks. The credit card owner did not approve the purchases, the report states.
