New times for Pinellas graduations

The district made minor changes to allow for traffic.

CLEARWATER — Two high school graduations in Pinellas County will begin at different times than originally announced, to allow for rush hour traffic.

The affected schools, both graduating at Spectrum Field at 601 Old Coachman Road in Clearwater, are: Countryside High School, on July 7; and Lakewood High, on July 8. Both will begin at 4 p.m.

Here is the revised schedule for Spectrum Field. More information about alternative school graduations can be found on the district website. Details about safety precautions are here.

Tue., July 7: Tarpon Springs High, 7-9 a.m.; Pinellas Park High, 9:30 a.m. - noon; Countryside High, 4-6 p.m.; Osceola Fundamental High, 7:30 - 9:30 p.m.

Wed., July 8: Seminole High, 7-9 a.m. ; East Lake High, 10 a.m-1 p.m.; Lakewood High, 4-5:30 p.m.; Clearwater High, 7-9 p.m.

Thur., July 9: Boca Ciega High, 7-9 a.m.; St. Petersburg High, 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m.; Northeast High, 4-6 p.m.; Palm Harbor University High, 7-9:30 p.m.

Fri., July 10: Gibbs High, 7-8:30 a.m.; Largo High, 9:30 a.m.-noon; Dixie Hollins High, 4-6 p.m.; Dunedin High, 7:30-9:30 p.m.
