After being off-limits for more than a month, Pinellas County’s iconic beaches reopened on Monday. Four beaches in Tampa also reopened Monday afternoon.
While many people were apprehensive about venturing out again, others relished the opportunity to reunite with the sands — all while adhering to social distancing guidelines.
