Bread of Life Pentecostal Church of God, 812 S Main St., will host a concert with Ken and Ginger McLellan and the Gulf Ridge Quartet at 7 p.m. Oct. 20. The concert is free; an offering will be taken.


Word of Life Fellowship, 13247 Word of Life Drive, will present five performances of “Genesis: A Creation Experience,” from Oct. 10-13 at the Harry Bollback Performing Arts Center. The live theatrical stage production uses music, drama and multimedia to tell a fictional, but Biblically accurate story paralleling the ancient world with modern day. Spring Hill

Spring Hill United Church of Christ, 4244 Mariner Blvd., will have a competition between teams of six to eight players, “Name that Song,” from 2 to 5 p.m. Oct. 20. Tickets cost $5 per person; there will be prizes for the winning team. Also, there will be an Oktoberfest dinner from 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 27. Tickets cost $12 and include homemade German cuisine and live music. Call (352) 683-4870.

Weeki Wachee

Nativity Lutheran Church, 6363 Commercial Way, is offering Kidz Ring, its hand bell and chime choir, to children and youth. The choir meets at 5 p.m. Tuesdays, beginning Oct. 16. Visit nicww.org and fill out a form, call (35) 597-1456 or send an email to [email protected] to register.
