CARROLLWOOD — When Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming opens this Fall, customers can expect to be greeted by Calli, a medium sized mixed-breed dog. Owner Ashley Sayers adopted her from the SPCA, along with two cats from the Humane Society.

A longtime customer of Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming in South Tampa, Sayers was already familiar with the Orlando-based franchise when she decided she wanted to change careers and open her own location.

“I just wanted to do something different and I wanted to do something where I was the boss and I could help give back to the community and be involved in the community,” said Sayers. “This answered all of those things.”

Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming is a specialty retailer of pet food and supplies. The store offers a variety of grain-free, raw and freeze-dried food along with CBD products for pets.

“We really are focused on the nutrition aspect,” said Sayers.

Spa-based, professional grooming is available by appointment only and there are three levels of service offered. Nail trims will available for $10 on a walk-in basis.

Sayers said she is excited about her new location and is looking forward to being involved in the Carrollwood community.

“We plan to work with a lot of local adoption and rescue organizations with adoption events or raising funds,” said Sayers.

Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Carrollwood is at 13156 N Dale Mabry Highway. It will be open seven days a week. For more information, call (813) 200-9200 or visit
