Brainstorm about the arts in North Pinellas

COUNTYWIDE — The North Pinellas Cultural Alliance, a non-profit organization funded by the cities of Clearwater, Dunedin, Largo, Tarpon Springs, Safety Harbor and Oldsmar, along with private donations, will hold a conference to discuss promoting and supporting the arts from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday in the Margarete Heye Great Room at Ruth Eckerd Hall, 1111 McMullen Booth Road, Clearwater.

Artists of all genres including painters, musicians, dancers, sculptors and anyone interested in supporting the arts in the community is invited to attend. Discussion will include creating a new arts festival along the Pinellas Trail as well as a public art partnership with the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority.
