Damp weather doesn't deter Outback Bowl tailgaters

TAMPA — College football fans didn't let Wednesday's damp weather keep them from taking part in a time-honored tradition of major sporting events — tailgating before the Outback Bowl between at Raymond James Stadium.

The fans, in the Tampa Bay area for the matchup between Louisiana State University and the University of Iowa, partied in the stadium's parking lots, wore clothing to show their loyalties and had their faces painted.
