Hometown Hillsborough for June 20

Bay area athletes compete in the Florida Special Olympics at Wide World of Sports: Brandon Sports and Aquatic Center’s Tennis for Fun athletes recently competed in the Florida Special Olympics held at Disney’s ESPN Wide World of Sports. Twenty-one athletes competed in either singles match play or individual tennis skills. In its 14th year, the Tennis for Fun program is a free tennis clinic that gives intellectually disabled individuals the opportunity to learn basic skills, train for Special Olympics and have fun playing tennis.
