Owner of Gypsy JunQue Elke Lockert shows her handmade bags on Sunday, Aug. 9 at the Vibes of the Bay festival at 3 Daughters Brewery in St. Petersburg. Gypsy JunQue is housed out of the bus and sells jewelry, clothes and incense. Lockert said about 90 percent of the items she sells she makes herself. The festival featured arts, music, food trucks and beer and was presented by Symphonic Distribution.
