Jillian Valladares, 4, left and nearly invisible, and her cousin Talia Faulkner, 5, run through water fountains at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park in downtown Tampa on Sunday. Jillian's mother, Jessica Valladares, 35, said they came downtown to visit the Glazer Children's Museum's Wizard of Oz exhibit, but since they arrived before the museum's 1 p.m. opening, they decided to go play in the area parks. "We love downtown, we come here a lot. We were planning to go to the museum, so they already had in their mind that they wanted to go splash around in the fountains," she said.
