Thanksgiving closings
The following will be closed Thursday in Hillsborough County, unless otherwise noted.
Government
All federal, state and county offices closed. Emergency operations continue.
Courts
Federal courts, state courts and county courts closed.
Buses and Streetcars
HART and HARTplus will operate on a Sunday schedule. The TECO Line streetcar system will not operate.
SHOPPING MALLS
International Plaza, WestShore Plaza, Westfield Citrus Park, Westfield Brandon and University Mall: closed, but some stores open on Thanksgiving Eve.
Garbage Collection
Tampa, Temple Terrace and the Hillsborough County Solid Waste Management Department will not have garbage collection or recycling pickup.
LIBRARIES
All public libraries closed.
Schools
Hillsborough County public schools, Hillsborough Community College, University of Tampa, University of South Florida all closed.
Banks
Banks closed.
Attractions, Museums
The Tampa Museum of Art, Florida Aquarium, Lowry Park Zoo all closed. Busch Gardens will be open.
