OLDSMAR — Graduate students from the University of South Florida School of Architecture and Community Design will present their design of the city's redevelopment district, officially named the Town Center, at Tuesday's City Council meeting.

For several months, the students have focused on researching the city's history, gathering input from the community and creating renderings for a district designed to boost economic development and serve as a cultural and recreation destination. The project is a partnership costing the city $50,000. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. inside the Council Chamber, 100 State St.
