POV HOME WATCH GETS ACCREDITED: POV Home Watch has earned Accredited Member status from the National Home Watch Association for the fourth year. POV Home Watch is a service that "keeps an eye on things" at vacation or primary homes when owners are away. 9ROUND RIBBON-CUTTING: The West Pasco Business Association held a ribbon-cutting at 9Round Chelsea Place, located at 1326 Seven Springs Blvd., New Port Richey. 9Round Chelsea Place is a gym that specializes in a 30-minute, circuit-style workout with a kickboxing theme. The gym opened in 2014, but was sold 18 months later to current owners Kim and Mitch Rymanowski.

CHAMBER HOSTS FLAPJACK RUN: The Central Pasco Chamber of Commerce will host the annual Flapjack 5K and 1-Mile Run Dec. 8 at the Connerton community, 21100 Fountain Garden Way, Land O' Lakes. The event will include business, craft and food vendors, rummage sale and a visit from Santa.
