An 82-year-old man who was hit by a dump truck while riding his bicycle last month has died.
Noah Junior Funk of Seminole died on Wednesday from his injuries. He had been critically hurt in the accident on Nov. 19.
Florida Highway Patrol troopers said Funk was pedaling west on 117th Drive North at about 10 a.m. that day. He got to Seminole Boulevard, where he rode into the path of a dump truck driven by Iran D. Manrique-Herna, 54, of Tampa.
Funk was hit by the truck. He was taken to Bayfront Medical Center afterward.
