Harry [Pasco County Animal Services]

Harry is dreaming of the day he will have his own yard to play in. When you see Harry in his kennel you will see him jumping and barking. Don’t let that scare you. He is the complete opposite as soon as he leaves his kennel. He’s just trying to get your attention so you will choose him as the new pup in your home. Harry is a gentle giant. He likes to go for walks and play in the yard. He has a calm demeanor and likes to sit back and watch what’s going on around him. He is also a lovable pup and likes to give kisses for treats. Harry arrived at the shelter in September as a stray. He is heartworm negative. Harry is available for adoption at Pasco County Animal Services, 19640 Dogpatch Lane, Land O’ Lakes. The shelter is open noon to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, and noon to 6:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Email to

Sasha [Friends of Strays]

Sasha loves to snuggle. She has the prettiest smile and the most loving, affectionate personality to go along with it. Sasha does great with other dogs, is crate trained, doesn’t pull on her leash and has so much love to give. She loves car rides, meeting new people, and is always up for whatever — as long as it includes you. Friends of Strays is open Wednesday-Friday, 1:00-7:00 and Saturday & Sunday, 10:00-6:00. We are located at 2911 47th Ave N., St. Petersburg. To view all of our adoptable animals , visit

Eden [Puptown Girls Pet Rescue]

Eden is a 2-year old sweetheart in search of her simple paradise, a safe and stable home. Eden is a mix of labrador, hound, shepherd and terrier now thriving in foster care. While Eden is a friendly and social girl, she can sometimes get spooked by strange new things that zoom up into her space out of nowhere — like skateboards! But Eden’s hitting her stride in training class and learning commands. She’s also housebroken, crate-trained, spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Eden is just okay with cats, but she absolutely adores dogs (she currently lives with five)! Her other favorite pastime is lounging in the doggie pool. Eden never pulls on the leash and loves to cuddle. She will be part of the Gulfport “Get Rescued” event on Sat., Feb. 22 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Gulfport Chamber of Commerce, 3009 Beach Blvd. S.
