At about 10:30 p.m. Sunday, deputies responded to a report of smoke coming from a residence in the 10400 block of 116th Avenue North. Crews from the Largo and Seminole fire departments forced entry to the home, where they found 59-year-old Thomas James Shook on the floor, the sheriff’s office reported in a media release.
