Why is the speed reduced from 45 mph to 35 mph on Park Street northbound at 84th Lane only and on Starkey Road between 86th Street and 82 Street southbound only? The construction is finished yet the speed reductions remain in place. Why are they still there?Ken Van Alstyne.
