Florida gubernatorial candidate Charlie Crist gives a thumbs-up as he opens a campaign office Saturday at 2313 Central Ave. in St. Petersburg. Tampa Bay, the Democrat's home base, is critical. Gov. Rick Scott has spent more ad money there than anywhere else.
