Capitol Buzz: 4 things to watch today in Tallahassee

Here's what we're watching on Day 18 of the 2012 Legislature:

The Legislature slows down Friday as lawmakers make their ways back home for the weekend.

The House Redistricting Committee, however, remains in Tallahassee to consider bills that draw new district maps for the Legislature and Congress.

Several lawmakers travel to Tampa Bay to tour the Hillsborough Correctional Institute, an all-women's facility that faces closure by the state.

Also in Tampa, a U.S. Senate panel has a hearing on Florida's new election law, which Democrats say will suppress turnout.
