One dead, four in serious condition following Pasco crash

Published Jun. 3, 2018

A Citrus Springs woman was killed and two adults and two children are hospitalized with serious injuries after a Sunday morning auto accident in Pasco County.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Ryan Manley, 26 and of St. Petersburg, was driving a 2018 Hyundai Accent northbound on U.S. 41 approaching Fontaine Avenue when he drifted into the southbound lane and collided with a 2002 Saturn SC2 driven by 30-year-old Citrus Springs resident Shaita Guillory.

Guillory, the Saturn driver, died at the crash scene. Her passengers — 9-year-old Terrolyn Guillory and 7-year-old Leighton Guillory, both of Citrus Springs — were airlifted to St. Joseph's Hospital with serious injuries.

Manley and his passenger, 27-year-old Christopher Reilly of Philadelphia, were both taken to Bayonet Point Hospital with serious injuries. The Florida Highway Patrol said alcohol was likely a factor in the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
