Three people who fell from a capsized boat near the Sunshine Skyway bridge Saturday night around 11 p.m. were rescued and uninjured, a Coast Guard official said.
Two of the boaters were picked up by a passerby in a pontoon boat, said spokesman David Schuhlein. The third man, who was wearing a life jacket, was not found until after 4 a.m. Sunday morning near O'Neill's Marina in St. Petersburg.
Schuhlein said the warm waters of Tampa Bay benefitted the man.
The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission helped with the search.
No further information was immediately available.
