Suspects sought after argument over girlfriend leads to Ruskin shooting

An argument over a mutual love interest led to a shooting in Ruskin that left two people wounded Thursday and has led deputies on a search for two suspects.

Deputies are searching for suspects Frabricio Yosue Menocal Cisnados, 20, and his friend David Lopez De La Torre, 21.

According to deputies, Cisnados and De La Torre arrived together at an apartment around 1:45 p.m. Thursday and shot two victims following an argument over De La Torre's girlfriend.

Both victims were shot in the leg and transported to Tampa General Hospital for treatment, according to deputies.

The suspects fled in a white Toyota Camry with the Florida tag 9513TJ. Cisnados had a semi-automatic firearm and De La Torre carried an unknown caliber revolver, deputies said.

Both are to be considered armed and dangerous, deputies said.
