MAN, 45, ACCUSED OF ATTACK ON girl
Pinellas sheriff's deputies have arrested and charged a 45-year-old man they say sexually battered a 15-year-old girl on Friday.
Detectives said the man, James Rodriguez of Clearwater, sexually battered the girl at a home. Deputies have not identified the teenage girl but said she was known to Rodriguez. He is being held in the Pinellas County Jail.
He has been arrested two other times in Pinellas County for failing to register as a sex offender.
