Hillsborough County deputies are searching for two men suspected of entering an unlocked vehicle in Tampa early Saturday morning and taking a Visa debit card, among other items, and then using the card to make several purchases that day.

Deputies said the men stole the debit card and other items around 1 a.m. from a vehicle at 11219 Bloomington Dr. in Tampa.

The men went to two Family Dollar stores at 5024 E. 10th Ave. and 4002 N. 50th St. and also stopped at the Quick Stop Meat Town and Food Market at 7626 N. 56th St. where they made multiple purchases with the debit card later that morning, deputies said.

Deputies obtained video surveillance from both Family Dollar stores that showed two men initiating the transactions with the card, deputies said, and both leaving in a dark-colored pickup truck. The make and model of the truck is unknown.

Both men appear to be around 18 to 25, deputies said. One has short black dreadlocks while the other has short black hair and may have a black goatee.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office at (813) 247-8200. To be eligible for a reward, contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS (8477).
