CLEARWATER — Police arrested a 49-year-old man on charges that he smashed the glass of several businesses and robbed dozens of clothing items.

Alvin Darryl Moaning faces several burglary and grand theft charges.

According to Clearwater police, Moaning used concrete or other items to break the glass of Ariel's Tropic Fashions and Design Furniture Outlet & Consignment on Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard.
