CLEARWATER — A teenager and a man were stabbed late Friday night during a dispute with two men in Clearwater.
The victims, a 17-year-old boy and a 20-year-old man, were involved in a disturbance at S Gulfview Boulevard and Coronado Drive on the south side of the Pier 60 parking lot about 11:15 p.m., according to Clearwater police spokeswoman Elizabeth Watts. The teenager was taken to Morton Plant Hospital and treated for minor injuries. The man, initially flown to Bayfront Medical Center, is expected to be released, Watts said.
Police did not immediately identify the victims and initially had only limited descriptions of the suspects, who are said to be white men in their 40s. The suspects ran away after the stabbings, police said.
