PINELLAS PARK — Police were searching for a man Saturday who robbed a Pinellas Park bank at gunpoint.
At 12:26 p.m. the man walked into Fifth Third Bank at 7770 66th St. N wearing gloves and a mask, police said. He was armed with a small handgun and showed it to the tellers as he demanded cash.
After receiving an undisclosed amount of money, the man fled the bank on foot in an unknown direction, authorities said.
He was described as a white man, between 20 and 30 years old with a medium build.
