Lightning from an overnight storm that swept through Tampa Bay is responsible for setting four cars on fire at an auto shop in Dade City.

Pasco County Fire Rescue responded to the fire at Reliance Auto, located just under the U.S. 98 bypass, Monday shortly after 3 a.m.

"We saw a large flash of light in the shop's surveillance video and within minutes all four cars were on fire," said Pasco Fire Division Chief Shawn Whitehead.

No injuries were reported and there was no damage to the structure, fire officials said.
