ZEPHYRHILLS — An 88-year-old woman was found dead in a mobile home fire Thursday night.
Pasco fire officials identified the victim as Erika Hesselschwerdt.
Firefighters were called to the single-wide mobile home at 39128 Sabal Ave. about 6:30 p.m. A kitchen fire had sent smoke billowing through the single-wide mobile home, according to Pasco County Fire Rescue. Hesselschwerdt was found dead inside.
Fire investigators said the blaze appears to be accidental, but it was still under investigation Friday.
