BROOKSVILLE — The State Fire Marshall and Hernando County Sheriff's Office are investigating the cause of a house fire that took a 55-year-old man's life on Sunday.

Hernando County Fire Rescue and the Brooksville Fire Department responded at about 7:15 p.m. to a house fire at 821 Twigg St., according to the fire rescue. Amos Dorvil was found dead inside the house.
