NEW PORT RICHEY — A 19-year-old man accused last year of two sexual batteries was arrested last week in connection with two more, according to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office.
Daniel Enrique Fabian of New Port Richey was first arrested on June 5 after a girl between 12 and 15 told deputies he raped her.
He posted bail in that arrest but was arrested again Nov. 21 in connection with a June 28 incident.
That day, Fabian was playing video games with a friend online when he paused his game and raped a 15-year-old girl who had come over to his house, deputies said. The friend heard the girl say "no" through Fabian's gaming headset, deputies said.
DNA testing later linked Fabian to the second incident, deputies said.
In arrest reports released Monday, deputies said Fabian sexually battered two other people.
The first incident occurred in August 2017 when Fabian was 17, deputies said. A 12-year-old girl told deputies that he raped her. Fabian admitted to parts of the allegations, deputies said.
The second incident happened in August 2018 while Fabian was out on bail after the June arrest, deputies said.
He sexually battered a woman who had passed out drunk, deputies said.
Fabian told deputies he thought it was okay because the two had had sex in the past, according to a report.
Fabian faces two new sexual battery charges and he now faces witness tampering charges, too. Deputies said he called a witness in several of the cases on a jail phone and threatened him.
Fabian was being held in the Pasco jail Monday on $170,000 bail.
