TEMPLE TERRACE — A 43-year-old Zephyrhills man was killed in a motorcycle crash early Tuesday, according to Temple Terrace police.
Daniel Ray Baker was riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle south on 56th Street when, according to police, he lost control of the bike and crashed just south of Fowler Avenue.
Baker was then hit by a white pickup driven by 59-year-old Michael Rubio, of Tampa.
Baker died at the scene. Rubio was interviewed and released Tuesday pending a follow-up investigation.
