The late actor Kirstie Alley’s former home in Clearwater sold for $5.2 million, according to a deed filed Monday with the Pinellas County Clerk’s Office.

The 7,815-square-foot house at 1100 N Osceola Ave. originally went on the market for $5.95 million in January, the month after Alley died of cancer.

The buyer is listed as 1100 Osceola Ave LLC, a Wyoming-based limited liability company.

The home overlooks Clearwater Harbor and has nine bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms, as well as a media room, formal dining room, two courtyards, three balconies and a pool with a spa.

Alley was a two-time Emmy winner known for her roles on the TV show “Cheers” and in the “Look Who’s Talking” movies. She was also a member of the Church of Scientology.
