Saltaire, a 35-story luxury condominium in downtown, was first announced in 2019 and broke ground the following year. Located at 301 First St. S, the tower was built on the former parking garage of the Hilton Bayfront hotel.

“It was one of the last waterfront sites in downtown St. Pete, so we wanted to do something very special,” said Steve Barber, development executive for the builder, Kolter Urban.

The crown jewel of the building is the amenity deck on the seventh floor called the Aire Club. There, residents will find a resort-style pool lined with cabanas, fire pits, club rooms, a fitness center with an outdoor fitness terrace and a dog park.

There is also 10,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.

All 192 units in the building were sold by the second quarter of 2022. Condos started at $850,000 and went as high as $5 million for the penthouse suites.
