Spring Hill United Church of Christ, 4244 Mariner Blvd., will host a free dedication recital of its new Rodgers organ at 4 p.m. Nov. 12. It will be a "Musical Tour of the Organ" with church organist Kurt Glacy. Glacy has a master's degree in sacred music from Boston University and extensive experience as a concert and church organist and choir director.
"We at the church have been treated to Kurt's considerable talent and know that this concert is going to be too good to keep to ourselves," said the Rev. Donna Ives, a member of the congregation.

St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, 5030 Mariner Blvd., will celebrate its fifth annual Feast of St. Frances Xavier Cabrini through Nov. 12, beginning with a procession of the statue of Mother Cabrini each day.
