RUSKIN — A 91-year-old man who set out on a drive to his daughter's home in a 2000 silver Toyota Avalon never arrived, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
Cecil Rudolph Alcorn, who lives in Ruskin, left his home at about 2 p.m. Sunday and was due about two hours later in Brandon, the Sheriff's Office said, but has not been seen since. The tag on his car is DXWZ96.
Alcorn suffers from dementia which affects his short-term memory, which causes confusion, the Sheriff's Office said.
