TAMPA — Police are searching for the driver who struck and seriously injured a man along North Nebraska Avenue on Saturday.
The collision took place about 12:45 p.m. near the cross street of E 108th Avenue, police said. A portion of N Nebraska Avenue was temporarily closed while investigators examined the crash scene but has since been reopened.
Police did not release the name of the man who was struck. Investigators are searching for a dark grey, four-door Ford sedan with damage to the front-end.
Anyone with information about this incident or the vehicle is asked to call the Tampa Police Department at 813-231-6130.
