Sunday night, there was a consensus across Tampa Bay: what a year for sports.

The Buccaneers’ win in the NFC Championship guaranteed the team up to be the first to play at home in a Super Bowl. Across the region, officials and athletes celebrated the win and the history it could make.

“We’re coming home, and we’re coming home to win,” head coach Bruce Arians said during the trophy presentation.
