A person was killed in a traffic crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian at Hillsborough and Armenia avenues on Tuesday morning, Tampa police said..
Police said the eastbound lanes of Hillsborough Avenue W at Armenia Avenue N were closed for several hours.
The scene was cleared the roadway was re-opened, police said in a news release at 8 a.m.
No other details were released.
