Jeff Vinik bought this Tampa house for $5 million. Here’s where

It’s his third home in the neighborhood.

Tampa Bay Lightning owner Jeff Vinik purchased a $5 million house next to the Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club last month.

Vinik and his wife Penny closed on the 3,592-square-foot home at 908 S. Golf View St. on March 24, according to records from the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court.

The home is next door to their main home at 914 S. Golf View St. They also own a third house in the neighborhood at 3308 Jean Cir.

In February, the Viniks bought the penthouse at the Tampa Edition for $8.34 million. It is the most expensive condo ever sold in the Tampa Bay region.
