Allocations of the $285.9 million in federal aid also will target environment, public safety and other needs.
The airline will launch with service to and from New Haven., Conn.
It will be 20 months after it closed because of the pandemic and with safety measures that it hopes will curb a spate of fatal collisions.

  20. The Florida Highway Patrol is seeking information in the hit-and-run death of a pedestrian in Hillsborough County on Monday. Troopers say the Arizona woman was walking in the bicycle lane of 56th Street when the sedan shown in this still photo struck her and left the scene.
