TAMPA — A portion of W Kennedy Boulevard will be closed near the University of Tampa until Friday while crews install new storm drains.
Only one westbound lane will remain open on W Kennedy Boulevard to allow access onto S Hyde Park Avenue.
Drivers can use the Cass Street Bridge, Selmon Expressway or Columbus Drive as alternates.
All lanes are scheduled to open to traffic Friday by 4 p.m. if weather permits, according to the City of Tampa website.
