Surprise, surprise: Robert Downey Jr. has topped the Forbes list of highest-paid actors in Hollywood. just because he's made two movies in the last year that have grossed $1 billion each. Maybe he's just Method acting out his role as Tony Stark.

Thanks to back-end deals and endless superhero movies like Iron Man 3 and The Avengers, Downey managed to bring in about $75 million in the past year or so, Forbes reports. That's enough for him to top this year's list easily.

Next on the lineup card is Tampa's own Channing Tatum, who has turned his Magic Mike and G.I. Joe appearances and more into a $60 million payday. That's good take-home for the new dad.

Les Miserables and X-Men star Hugh Jackman raked in $55 million, and that's even with his Laughing Man coffee and tea business giving all profits to charity. Mark Wahlberg turned Ted and two Oscar nominations into fourth place with $52 million, and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson muscled his way to fifth with $46 million.

Filling out the top 10 is Leonardo DiCaprio ($39 million), Adam Sandler ($37 million), Tom Cruise ($35 million), Denzel Washington ($33 million) and Liam Neeson ($32 million). The Juice* is bringing up the rear, having found 13 cents on the sidewalk on the way into the office.
