-- Shephard's Beach Resort in Clearwater Beach usually turns to the '80s and '90s for its annual Old Skool Labor Day Weekend party, but this time, they're keeping things square in this decade. Chart-topping DJ Afrojack will headline Shephard's Labor Day 2015 festivities on Sept. 5, along with Don Diablo, EC Twins and Joe Maz. Tickets to that show start at $20. On Sept. 6, it's Dirty South with Sick Individuals, George Acosta and DJ Enferno; tickets to that one are $15 and up. Four-day passes are $40. Click here for details.

-- The 2015 Clearwater Jazz Holiday has fleshed out its entire lineup, adding a few new names to an already stacked bill. Opening things up on Oct. 15 are Gladys Knight, the O'Jays and Gloria West and the Gents. On Oct. 16 it's Buddy Guy, Mindi Abair and the Boneshakers featuring Sweet Pea Atkinson, Poncho Sanchez and His Latin Jazz Band, the Al Downing Tampa Bay Jazz Association presenting the James Suggs Quintet and Dave Stryker. On Oct. 17, it's Sheryl Crow, Big Sam's Funkky Nation, Nicole Henry, Phill Fest and Jack Wilkins Blue and Green Project. And on Oct. 18, it's the Avett Brothers, Langhorne Slim and the Law, the Quebe Sisters and the Ruth Eckerd Hall/Clearwater Jazz Holiday Youth Jazz Band. Click here for the full lineup.

-- A few big new shows have been announced for the Capitol Theatre in Clearwater: Collective Soul (Sept. 30, tickets are $35.50-$175, click here); the Wailers (Oct. 1, $28.50-$35, click here); Kansas (Oct. 29, tickets are $39.50-$49.50, click here); an America's Got Talent all-stars tour with Taylor Williamson, Emily West, the KriStef Brothers and Recycled Percussion (No. 4, $35-$60, click here); Gary Puckett and the Union Gap (Jan. 30, $32-$62, click here). All tickets go on sale this Saturday.

-- Underoath are reuniting! The veteran Tampa metalcore outfit will get back together for the Self Help Festival, organized by their pals A Day to Remember. The event takes place March 19 in San Bernardino, Calif. Click here and here.

-- The Psychedelic Furs will return to St. Petersburg with a show at the Palladium on Nov. 4. Tickets go on sale Friday for $49-$65. Click here.

-- We might be looking at an epic diva-off in Tampa Bay on Sept. 3. Beyonce fans no doubt know that's the date of Bey Day, the Ritz Ybor's all-encompassing Beyonce birthday bash at the Ritz Ybor. Now we're learning that WMNF088.5 is throwing "Burning Up," a tribute to Madonna, that same night at the Local 662 in St. Pete. Jeremy Gloff, Coco and Homo and others are slated to perform, and there'll be a Madonna look-alike contest. Tickets are $8. Click here.
