Are your old bathroom or kitchen countertops getting you down? Does your floor feel outdated? It’s time to revamp your home’s surfaces with ones that rock (literally)! Local granite supplier Tampa Bay Granite can provide a rock-solid upgrade for your countertops, cabinets and floors with a quick turnaround to ensure your home will look cutting edge in no time.
The Tampa-based company, which offers both retail and wholesale options, is your one-stop shop for beautiful surfaces. Tampa Bay Granite is known for its extensive, wide-ranging selection of surface tops made of granite, marble, quartz and other natural stones, as well as its competitive prices, timely project completion and next-level customer service.
From the very first moment, the Tampa Bay Granite staff is there to help walk customers through the surface selection and installation process. Team members make themselves available to customer inquiries via text or phone even in their off hours to make the process smooth and seamless for their clients.
“We work one-on-one with clients when they come in, from beginning to end,” said Cara Vasquez, a sales rep with the company. “We’re there with them from the minute they come in and look at samples of flooring, cabinets, everything. We see it through to the end.”
Here’s how it works: For surface top projects, clients visit the company’s showroom and warehouse to browse a wide selection of natural stone surfaces, which range from Level One to Premium Exotic types of stone.
Tammy Van Etten, office manager and sales rep for Tampa Bay Granite, estimated that in all, the company has approximately 3,000 slabs for customers to choose from. The surface top that clients select is the exact one that gets installed in their home. Once surface tops are templated, it’s a two-week turnaround, tops, for the surface to be installed. (For cabinet and flooring projects, Van Etten said that the turnaround time depends on what the company has in stock.)
For Vasquez, her favorite thing about working with Tampa Bay Granite is being able to see the end result. She said that customers come in with a clean slate, so to speak, and getting to select the different surface tops is fun, like a rotating art show. Each piece of granite or natural stone is unique.
“We genuinely love what we do, and we find the greatest joy and pleasure in helping somebody build their kitchen dream or their bathroom dream,” Vasquez said.
